Do you provide lighting and backdrop?
Yes, our rental includes a professional studio-grade lighting array specifically designed for high-speed capture. Backdrops can be custom-branded or provided as part of our standard package.
Can we add our company logo to the videos?
Absolutely. Every video is automatically overlaid with your logo, event branding, and optional sponsorship assets before delivery to the guest.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance for corporate events. For large-scale activations, trade shows, or events at major Manhattan venues, 6–8 weeks is ideal to secure your date.
How is the video delivered to guests?
Instantly — via SMS or QR code within seconds of capture. Every clip is color-graded and branded with your corporate logo before delivery. No waiting, no post-production delays.
What insurance and documentation do you provide?
We carry full commercial general liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance and additional insured endorsements as required by your venue or legal team.
What's the difference between an authorized and unauthorized Glambot® operator?
NY Glambot is an authorized provider of the original Glambot® — the same technology seen on red carpets worldwide. Unauthorized operators use imitation equipment that cannot replicate the cinematic quality of the original Phantom high-speed camera system.
What space and power do you need?
A minimum footprint of approximately 12’x12′ and a dedicated 20-amp circuit. Our team handles all setup, calibration, and teardown — typically requiring 90 minutes before your event begins.
